Accomplished Bioinformatics Scientist with over 10 yrs of experience specializing in computational biology, proteomics & systems biology. Proven track record in studying protein structure-function relationships and gene regulatory networks, with a specific focus on HLA gene regulation and its role in cancer immune evasion. Expert in multivariate information theory and docking to solve complex biomedical problems. Peer reviewer of high-impact journals: Briefings in Bioinformatics and Heliyon.

Interests: Keen interest in carrying out frontline research in studying protein structure-function relationship, proteomics, and systems biology by employing my long-time training skills in bioinformatics, computational biology, and statistical data analysis. I would also like to be engaged in active teaching in an academic institution. I am also interested in designing deterministic, coding-based evaluation frameworks and benchmark problems in bioinformatics to rigorously assess AI and computational model capabilities using reproducible, test-driven methodologies.
