About me

• Taught core engineering subjects including Aerodynamics, CFD, and Avionics to undergraduate students. • Subject matter expert in the department for the fluid simulations. • Been a part of NACDeC conducted by the IIT-Mumbai and guided a team of 5 on the fire fighting drones and cleared Round 1 held by the national level • Supervised 12+ capstone projects involving aerospace simulation and design problem-solving. • Coordinated UAV hardware workshops and hands-on engineering labs.

Interests: • Worked on design validation of aircraft heater and heat exchanger systems, comparing experimental test data against engineering hand calculations and simulation predictions. • Performed thermal performance evaluation under controlled operating conditions, quantifying heat transfer effectiveness, pressure drop, temperature distribution, and flow behavior. • Applied hand calculation methods including energy balance, NTU-effectiveness, LMTD, thermal resistance networks, and pressure-loss analysis for component-level performance assessment. • Developed and analyzed 2D/3D simulation models for internal and external flow problems, handling meshing, boundary condition setup, solver configuration, and post-processing. • Instrumented test rigs with thermocouples, pressure transducers, and DAQ systems for high-fidelity experimental data acquisition and measurement uncertainty analysis. • Supported design review cycles by preparing technical presentations and validation reports for senior scientists, communicating methodology, results, and engineering trade-offs. • Built Python and MATLAB scripts to automate data processing and post-processing workflows, reducing manual effort in repetitive engineering tasks. • Authored technical reports and engineering documentation for internal R&D review and project reporting.
