About me

PhD in Biotechnology with expertise in microbiology, antimicrobial drug discovery, and microbial bioprospecting. Skilled in in vitro and in silico approaches, including molecular docking and genomics data analysis, with exposure to clinical genomics and metagenomics workflows. I bring strong analytical and interdisciplinary research capabilities and can effectively mentor students in microbiology and related life science research.

Interests: My research focuses on microbial bioprospecting for drug discovery and environmental applications. I have experience in antimicrobial studies and bioactive compound identification using both in vitro and in silico approaches, including molecular docking. I am also interested in sustainable product development through microbial systems. Additionally, I have a working knowledge of clinical genomics and metagenomics, and I aim to integrate interdisciplinary approaches to address complex biological and environmental challenges.
