About me
Independent research & M&E consultant with 22+ years of experience across 25+ countries. Core expertise in survey methodology, sampling design, impact evaluations, and monitoring systems. Clients include Bloomberg Philanthropies, World Bank, USAID, UNICEF, and RTI International. Published in BMJ Open and Nutrients. Presented at World Conference on Tobacco Control, Dublin 2025. Interests: My research interests lie at the intersection of public health, behaviour change, and programme evaluation. I am particularly interested in understanding what works in large-scale health interventions — tobacco control, nutrition, maternal and child health, sanitation, and road safety — and how rigorous survey methods and M&E systems can generate evidence that drives real programme decisions. I am also increasingly interested in how digital data sources and AI-assisted tools can complement traditional research methods for real-time public health surveillance and policy advocacy.
