About me

I completed my Master degree in organic chemistry from University of North Bengal, WB, India in 2008. I completed my PhD in organic chemistry from CSIR- Institute of Himalayan Bioresources Technology, Palampur, Himachal Pradesh in 2015. Thereafter I pursued my postdoctoral research in organic synthesis for 3.5 years and later I started my professional journey in Pharmaceutical CRO industry TCG LIFESCIENCES Kolkata in Nov 2018. Then after 3.5 years I moved to Syngenta Goa where I worked for 2.5 y

Interests: As a synthetic organic chemist, I specialize in designing and synthesizing complex organic molecules. With a strong foundation in organic chemistry, I utilize various techniques and methodologies to create novel compounds with potential applications in pharmaceuticals, materials science, and other fields. My expertise lies in developing efficient synthetic routes, optimizing reaction conditions, and characterizing compounds using various analytical techniques. I also have experience in developing heterogeneous transition metal nanocatalysts and catalytic reactions. My goal is to contribute to the innovation and sustainability of the agrochemical industry through cutting-edge research and collaboration
