About me
Experienced in animal research involving rat diet formulation, oral gavage, intraperitoneal injections, anesthesia, blood collection, euthanasia, and organ harvesting. Skilled in DEXA-based body composition analysis, molecular techniques (RNA/DNA isolation, RT-qPCR, PCR, Western blotting), ELISA, Comet assay, OGTT, histopathology, sperm analysis, food proximate analysis, HPLC, AAS, ICP-MS, and basic microbiological methods.
Interests: My research interests lie in nutritional biochemistry, metabolic disorders, molecular biology, and translational animal research. I am particularly interested in investigating the effects of dietary interventions on metabolic health, gene expression, oxidative stress, inflammation, and reproductive function using molecular, biochemical, and histopathological approaches. I aim to contribute to evidence-based strategies for improving health outcomes through nutrition and biomedical research.
