Research Data Analysis
About me
MD, Child Neurologist, and Neuroscientist with over 20 years of experience in neuroscience research. I have extensive experience mentoring students and junior researchers, guiding them through the research process from developing scientific questions to interpreting results and communicating findings. I particularly enjoy supporting students as they approach research, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and enthusiasm for neuroscience.
Interests: My research interests focus on understanding the neural mechanisms underlying learning, decision-making, and cognitive processes. I am particularly interested in how neural circuits in the cerebellum and cerebral cortex contribute to visuomotor associations, attention, and the relationship between neural activity and behavior. More broadly, I am interested in systems and cognitive neuroscience, including how brain activity supports complex behaviors and how experimental approaches can be used to investigate brain–behavior relationships.
