Interests: Targeted Drug Screening: Spearheaded an epigenetic remodeler targeted drug screening on laterally confined iPSCs and 3D spheroid model, and identified chromatin organization checkpoints important for cellular reprogramming and rejuvenation of aged human primary cells and cancer cells, using immunofluorescence, brightfield and live/fixed cell confocal imaging techniques, with plausible application in regenerative medicine Automated Lifespan & health span: Studied the role of in-vivo Extracellular Matrix Rejuvenation during Aging and Healthy Longevity using Caenorhabditis elegans model system by doing automated lifespans & health spans, fluorescent imaging and behavioral assays Dietary Restriction studies: Deciphered the role of Caenorhabditis elegans p53 like-1 gene (cep-1) in regulating autophagy, apoptosis, fat metabolism, antioxidant and xenobiotic genes, leading to Dietary Restriction- mediated longevity assurance (Best Poster 2018, Best Worm Art 2018)
