Bacterial genes that codes for protein comprise open reading frames (ORFs) and it consist of a specific amino acid sequence of the protein. In nature, many bacteria harbors continuous segments without intronic or exonic boundaries.Hypothetical protein (HP) is a protein that is predicted to express from ORFs (Open Reading Frames) region but there is no experimental evidence in the translation of the majority of hypothetical protein.
