About me
My Ph.D. research focused on understanding the role of psychrotrophic microbial communities in anaerobic digestion under low-temperature conditions, with the aim of improving biogas production efficiency. The study involved the isolation, characterization, and molecular identification of cold-adapted bacterial strains, followed by genomic and expression analysis of hydrolytic enzyme genes responsible for organic matter degradation.
Interests: My goal is to establish myself as a successful researcher in environmental microbiology and microbial genomics, with a particular focus on understanding microbial controls over various environments.
