I have worked as a researcher in ICAR laboratory in the molecular biology department.I have experience in DNA isolation, RNA isolation PCR,real time Pcr, genotyping, PAGE analysis, bioinformatic tools like cytoscape, primer designing,etc.I also have experience in food testing laboratory and uses techniques like ELISA and real time pcr . I also have experience in allergen testing ,GMO,vegan , pathogen etc testing in food samples. I am also an hygiene rating auditor for food safety .
