About me
Assistant Professor with 8+ years of experience in teaching, research, and laboratory medicine. I mentor MBBS, BDS, Paramedical, M.Sc., and PhD students through concept-based, clinically relevant, and exam-focused learning. My expertise includes Medical Microbiology, Infectious Diseases, Molecular Diagnostics, Research Methodology, Scientific Writing, and Biostatistics, with guidance for research projects, dissertations, publications, and competitive exams.
Interests: My research focuses on advancing Medical Microbiology through innovative approaches in Infectious Diseases, Molecular Diagnostics, Molecular Epidemiology, Genomics, Proteomics, Biomarker Discovery, and Host–Pathogen Interactions. I am particularly interested in tuberculosis, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), clinical microbiology, infection prevention, and translational research. My current interests also include the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, and data analytics in healthcare for disease diagnosis, clinical decision support, predictive modeling, precision medicine, outbreak surveillance, and improving patient outcomes. Through interdisciplinary research, I aim to bridge laboratory discoveries with evidence-based clinical practice and contribute to the development of innovative, technology-driven healthcare solutions.
