About me

I’m a life sciences professional with a Master’s in Industrial Microbiology, combining hands-on experience in bioinformatics, computational biology, and clinical documentation. I enjoy working with complex biological data, especially multi-omics datasets like RNA-Seq and mutation data to uncover meaningful insights using tools like Python and R. Alongside this, I bring a year of experience as a medical scribe across cardiology, care, and medical coding, internal medicine, and pediatrics.

Interests: I’m deeply interested in the intersection of bioinformatics, computational biology, and machine learning, especially in how multi-omics data can be used to better understand diseases and improve patient outcomes. I enjoy working with large datasets like TCGA and GEO, exploring them to identify meaningful biomarkers, study survival patterns, and uncover molecular changes linked to complex conditions such as cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. What excites me most is the ability to turn complex biological data into insights that can contribute to real-world clinical impact.
