About me
Microbial Ecologist and Plant–Microbe Interaction Researcher with over eight years of experience in mycorrhizal biology, soil microbiology, microbiome research, and bioinformatics. Skilled in DNA extraction, PCR/qPCR, amplicon and metagenomic sequencing, microbial community analysis, and experimental design across greenhouse, field & laboratory settings. Experienced in international collaborative research and scientific communication, with a strong interest in sustainable agriculture.
Interests: **Research Interests** My research interests focus on microbial ecology, genomics, bioinformatics, and plant–microbe interactions, with a particular emphasis on understanding how microbial communities influence ecosystem functioning, plant health, and sustainable agriculture. I am interested in applying next-generation sequencing technologies, metagenomics, microbiome profiling, and computational analyses to investigate microbial diversity, community dynamics, and functional interactions in complex biological systems. I am particularly interested in integrating multi-omics approaches, including genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, and microbiome analyses, to uncover mechanisms underlying microbial interactions and host responses. My research aims to translate genomic and microbiome data into practical applications in agriculture, environmental sustainability, biotechnology, and microbial product development. I am also interested in developing and applying bioinformatics pipelines for large-scale biological datasets, microbial community characterization, biomarker discovery, and data-driven solutions that bridge fundamental research and industry applications.
