About me
Ph.D. in Microbiology with multicultural experience as a Research Scientist and Assistant Professor across academic and vocational institutions. Experienced in teaching diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate courses, managing microbiology laboratories, mentoring teams of up to eight members, and teaching MBBS students. Led a five-member team in a multicentric clinical trial in collaboration with leading medical institutes.
Interests: Research focus: Clinical Microbiology and Molecular Diagnostics, with emphasis on molecular mycology, invasive fungal infections, and infectious disease diagnostics. Key strengths: RT-PCR/NGS-based assay development, molecular epidemiology, clinical research collaboration, grant-funded research, and translating laboratory findings into teaching and diagnostic practice.
