Bioinformatics researcher and PhD scholar with 4+ years of experience in computational biology, microbiome research, and molecular biotechnology. Interests: Research Interests My research interests lie at the intersection of bioinformatics, microbiome science, and precision therapeutics, with a focus on understanding host–microbiome interactions and their implications in human disease. I am particularly interested in the role of gut microbial metabolites in cardiovascular diseases and the development of targeted molecular strategies to modulate microbial gene expression. Key areas of interest include: Gut Microbiome and Human Health – Microbial community analysis, disease-associated marker taxa identification, and microbiome-driven disease mechanisms. Computational Biology & Bioinformatics – Sequence analysis, genomics and metagenomics data analysis, functional annotation, and biological data interpretation using computational approaches. Antisense Oligonucleotide Design & Gene Silencing – In silico design, thermodynamic optimization, and experimental validation of ASO-based therapeutic strategies. Microbial Genomics & Functional Gene Characterization – Identification and molecular characterization of genes involved in metabolite production pathways. AI & Data-Driven Disease Prediction – Development of predictive models integrating microbiome datasets and machine learning approaches for disease risk assessment. Translational and Precision Medicine – Bridging computational insights with experimental validation for therapeutic development. Scientific Writing & Research Methodology – Research design, data interpretation, and publication-oriented scientific communication.
