Statistical Analysis (general/biomedical)
In this service, I will walk you through the steps and standards of results reporting for the majority types of data/results. This service is highly customizable for your needs, but the general recommended flow is:
1. Data importing and preparation
2. Descriptive reporting (ie. simple statistics with T tests and plotting) and Data QC;
3. Trend finding or hypothesis testing (if you have a specific variable/research question to answer);
4. Plotting and synthesis of findings.
I have advance proficiency in R and python, and would highly encourage their usage. However, other programs (excel, SPSS etc.) is also welcome

About Tan Hao Dong
I am a graduate researcher in the molecular medicine department, Universiti Malaya. I have ample experience in bioinformatics/structural computational simulations including in molecular docking (VINA docking) and molecular dynamics (GROMACS and HTMD). Furthermore, I have conducted two randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trials. Some additional skills include include PLIP for ligand interactions, mmPBSA for mmgbsa/mmpbsa energetics, and R coding for data processing and plotting.
