Consultation Overview
Research Mentor – Behavioural Science & Life Sciences
My research interests lie in behavioural science, comparative psychology, animal cognition, and animal welfare, with a particular focus on understanding the relationship between behaviour, emotion, and cognition across species. My MSc research at the University of Exeter focused on developing a framework to assess affective states in wild red foxes using behavioural indicators. I am particularly interested in interdisciplinary research that bridges animal behaviour, psychology, and neuroscience, while contributing to evidence-based approaches in welfare and conservation. I am eager to further develop my research skills through collaborative projects involving behavioural analysis, scientific writing, and data interpretation.
