About Supriya Hakeem
During my PhD, I applied advanced computational and cheminformatics approaches to identify potential drug targets and inhibitors against key proteins involved in tuberculosis pathogenesis. The research contributed in identifying promising candidates and understanding of protein–ligand interactions for drug development in TB. Post Ph.D my work focused on developing bioinformatics pipelines for the analysis of transcriptomics and proteomics data, for precision prescription of patients.
