Collaboration in Structural Biology, Protein Characterization & Computational Analysis

Created On: Oct 14, 2026

Collaboration Overview

I have a research background in structural biology, protein biochemistry, and computational structural analysis. My expertise includes protein structure analysis, molecular docking, protein–ligand interaction analysis, sequence- and structure-based phylogenetics, comparative structural analysis, and protein crystallography using the CCP4 suite. I am particularly interested in projects involving protein structure–function relationships, characterisation of hypothetical and uncharacterized proteins, protein evolution, and molecular mechanisms. I can contribute to research projects through structural visualisation and analysis using PyMOL and UCSF Chimaera, molecular docking using AutoDock Vina, comparative protein structure analysis using AlphaFold and Foldseek, and phylogenetic analysis using MEGA and iTOL. I also have experience in biological data analysis using R and Python. I am especially interested in interdisciplinary collaborations that integrate experimental protein biochemistry with computational structural approaches. I welcome opportunities to contribute to ongoing research projects, collaborative publications, and scientific discussions.
